President: Dennis Brennan

Vice President: Ken Schultz

Secretary: Karmen Millsaps

Treasurer: Laura Gildersleeve

Meeting Minutes
Thursday, Oct. 27, 2006

Karmen Millsaps suggested we start a petition to have the 40 year old tile replaced throughout the school. There is also a possibility the club will ask people to donate to a fund to replace these tiles. The tiles cost $2.00 each.

One project the school will undertake soon is landscaping in front of the building. Money has already been set aside for this project and Ken Brewster (Brewsters' Turf and Tree Managment) has volunteered his company to do most of the labor. Beverly Harrison and Angie Holcomb is coordinate this effort.

Those two will also will be Hostess Coordinators. They will manage such programs as decorating for the academic banquet, judging senior projects, Christmas parties, teacher appreciation day, etc.

Dennis Brennan and Laura Gildersleeve have volunteered to be on the LHS Leadership Committee. This committee meets before school about twice monthly. Mrs. Gildersleeve has also volunteered to be on the Healthy School Committee.

    - provide food for special occasions
    - help with Senior Night

BECOME A MEMBER
Your membership helps improve LHS PTO’s ability to support and promote programs and activities that improve the education of our students. We encourage each parent and teacher to become a member.
