Gentry, Greene and May selected to compete at the FBLA 2020 National Leadership Experience Online

Three LHS students from CTE Teacher Laura Degnan's FBLA Club have received the honor of attending the National Future Business Leaders of America Leadership Experience Online Conference this summer.

Colton Gentry, a senior, placed fourth in the FBLA State Business Law competition. Two students placed in the FBLA State Advertising competition, juniors Jacob May and Anna Greene. They placed third and fourth, respectively.

All three students worked hard to make it to Nationals and they are competing this month through online testing representing not only Loudon High School, but also the state of Tennessee. The students will attend the online conference June 29-July 1. During this online experience, students will attend the opening ceremony, several leadership workshops, and the closing ceremony.

This is the first time that FBLA has gone completely online for a conference and it is an exciting opportunity for our students. FBLA has partnered with TEAMTRI to provide high-quality workshops covering leadership, communication, career, and FBLA in action.
