Principal's Message

Welcome to Loudon High School home of the Redskins! We hope that if you are a student, parent/ guardian, alumni, or community member, you are able to find the information you are searching for on our website.

It is my honor to be principal of such an amazing school. Loudon High School has been, and always will be, the hub of the Loudon community and something for which we will always be proud. Our staff WILL work tirelessly to make sure we graduate students ready for college and/or career, but most importantly, ready for life. It is our ultimate goal that our students become future leaders of this community and citizens that will move our city and state forward in a positive direction.

At LHS, we are very excited and feel privileged that we have a 6.5 million dollar addition that was officially opened a couple years ago in May of 2017. It is nice to now have state of the art Science labs, Culinary Arts facilities, Visual Arts classrooms and equipment, and second-to-none band facility, as well as several other classes and new administrative offices. We are also glad to have a one-way driveway that comes off the highway to allow students to be safely dropped off and picked up each day. Our newest safety enhancements makes our building a secure environment for students and one in which our students can feel safe on a daily basis.

Redskin Registration is Friday, August 2, 2019. Seniors register from 8:00-10:00 a.m., Juniors from 10:00-12:00 noon, Sophomores 12:00-2:00 p.m. and Freshman from 2:00-4:00 p.m. Lockers are $5.00, Parking tags $20.00 and Senior Graduation fees $65.00.

We always recommend that students get involved in extra curricular activities while in high school to provide that network of friends, sense of community and hopefully a lot of fun along the way. At any time, should you have a question regarding anything or need to share information, please do not hesitate to call. We hope for all of our students that their four years in high school is a great learning experience for them, as well as time that they have to make some great memories along the way!

Go Redskins,
